Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the start of your original appointment at no additional cost. Your booking fee will be held for your future appointment.

If you are a no show to your appointment or if you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment start time, your booking fee will be forfeited.

A grace period of 5 minutes from the start time of your appointment is tolerated. If you are late beyond 5 minutes, you will be subject to a CAD $30+tx late fee and may be required to reschedule your appointment as we may not have enough time to complete your service. Your booking fee will be forfeited.

All permanent jewelry sales are FINAL. 

If your permanent jewelry appointment needs to be removed for any reason, you can do so by snipping the welding site with scissors. You can schedule an appointment with us to have it reattached. 

Base Warranty | 30 days on weld.

We offer a 30-day warranty on the welding site. Email us at hello@runwaytwothree.com to schedule your repair. Warranty only valid if client has chain in hand at moment of repair.

*The warranty does not cover breakage other than at the welding site. If your chain breaks at any other link, the warranty will not apply. Our team will be happy to assist you in a paid repair at the cost of CAD $30 + tx. To do so, kindly book an appointment online.

Extended Warranty | Unlimited Coverage for breakage, resizing, re-weld, discoloration.

With our PERMANENT CARE By RW23 extended warranty, you'll benefit from unlimited coverage while subscribed to the warranty plan. 

The warranty covers all breakage (at weld site or any other link), any discoloration or tarnishing, resizing or voluntary re-welds (ex: medical exam).

Price: CAD $5.00/month + tx.
